If you have a question about your benefits, there are two options:

Option 1: Enrolling in Benefits (New Hire or Open Enrollment)

If you're a new hire or enrolling in benefits during Open Enrollment, you can call the Kennion Benefits Enrollment Center at (833) 614-1622. You can also enroll online using the instructions given to you by your employer.

Option 2: Help with Existing Benefits

If you've already enrolled in your benefits, you can download the Employee Benefits App. If you need help with your benefits or the app, call (877) 500-3212. The Employee Benefits App is the best way to access your benefits and is available 24/7. You can also have video consultations with doctors and view your benefits history. If you don't have a smartphone or need help with a complicated issue, you can call during live concierge hours.

Live Concierge Hours: (877) 500-3212

Monday-Friday: 7:30 AM-12:00 AM CST

Saturday-Sunday: 10:00 AM-6:00 PM CST

Only certain clients and their employees who are enrolled in group health plans managed by Kennion can use the Employee Benefits App and concierge support. To use the Benefits App, you must be enrolled in a group health plan at your company. When you're eligible, you'll get an email or text with instructions on how to sign up.
